Lifecycle Spares Management & Re-certification
We manage critical spares inventory, obsolescence alerts, and coordinate third-party re-certification of NavCom and electrical equipment as per Class rules and annual survey requirements.
Cabling Upgrade & E&I Rerouting
We replace deteriorated cable trays, reroute power/control lines, and implement new JB drops using flame-retardant, marine-grade cabling with as-built redlines and terminal re-identification.
Control Logic Migration & FAT/SAT Testing
We convert legacy PLC logic (S5, Modicon, etc.) to modern platforms like Siemens S7 or Allen Bradley CompactLogix, with simulation-based FAT, onboard SAT, and remote diagnostics setup.
3D Scanning for Retrofit Fit-Up
We use laser 3D scanning to create exact room or console models before prefabrication — ensuring clash-free fit-up of E-houses, control panels, or pipe skids in confined onboard spaces.
Lifecycle Support & Post-Retrofit Warranty
Our scope includes operator training, spare parts handover, remote support access, and annual inspections with diagnostic checklists — extending lifecycle reliability and Class conformity.
